This 80-minute pop-up class is a soothing hug for your nervous system. We begin with gentle slow flow yoga to help move stagnant energy and shake off the busyness of your day. The practice will transition to restorative yoga, a series of supportive poses to sink the body and mind into stillness. An extended savasana and mini sound bath end the practice to indulge in deep rest. A perfect way to end your day and the month!
