Breathwork (pranayama) is the link between mind and body. Using various breathing exercises we can develop greater awareness of our energy system and thereby move and release stuck energies, process difficult emotions, boost your immune system, release stress and tension and experience deep presence and clarity. A sound bath complements the breath practice, by further allowing space for the practitioner to rest and receive the healing vibrations of the singing bowls. All body types, belief systems, and experience levels welcome.
