In this workshop, you will explore the concept of gratitude and its effect on our mood and overall life satisfaction. You will learn ways to cultivate a daily gratitude ritual to find appreciation for the goodness in your life. Participants will receive a list of prompts to help begin their unique practice, as well as ways to make a daily practice stick. A sound bath complements this practice with a gratitude meditation sound bath to offer time for reflection by way of crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments. All body types, belief systems, and experience levels welcome.
