Somatic Movement activates the parasympathetic nervous system to potentially release any holding patterns that are causing dis-ease or imbalance within the mind and body. The practitioner is guided to feel into the body’s intelligence to help move stagnant energy and return the body and mind to state of calm and wellbeing. A sound bath complements the somatic practice, by further allowing space for the practitioner to rest and receive the healing vibrations of the singing bowls. All body types, belief systems, and experience levels welcome.
