In this class we will explore a quiet, contemplative practice of Yin Yoga and Pranayama (breathwork). Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. We will pair this body practice with breathwork targeted to soothe and balance our nervous system, activating its parasympathetic state. This practice is held in the salt cave. A truly restorative and relaxing practice for mind, body, and soul, all while surrounded by 20,000 lbs of pure, healing Himalayan Salt.
