Dani Reidy is the founder of Arrow Yoga and is a 500 E-RYT who leads 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, has led over 20 plus international yoga retreats, guides through mentorship, workshops, experiences, and more - all in the name of guiding others back to themselves.
Masterclass Description: Explore how the ancients understood the subtle aspects of the body, mind, heart, and spirit. We'll briefly outline the history and role of the chakra system in Vedanta’s philosophy. Then, we'll learn how the 7-chakra system can serve as a powerful map for self-discovery.
Shawn Brown | Masterclass: Journaling for Energy and Wellness
Shawn Brown is a Yoga Teacher, Health Coach, Sound Healer and Reiki Practitioner. Shawn’s intention is to create a safe space through these modalities so students can connect to themselves–body and soul.
