Understanding and learning to soothe ourselves is an ever-increasingly needed skill in our stressed out society. Chronic stress can put us in an increased risk for physical and mental health problems including anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, and weight gain, and many other conditions.

In this workshop, we will explore different practices to activate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest). We will explore somatic practices that will move stuck or stagnant energy. We will allow for deep rest through a restorative yoga practice, and we will calm our minds through the vibrations created by crystal singing bowls.
