Slow down with Restorative Yoga; an introspective, slower-paced, meditative style of yoga used to drop the body into stillness while we work to quiet the mind. During this portion, these supportive floor poses will support your body and nourish your mind. During these long holds, Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique to aid relaxation and stress relief, will be offered. An extended savasana and Yoga Nidra meditation will conclude this deeply nourishing practice.
